The Palermo Firm is pleased to introduce our new Of Counsel, David M. Ardam, Esq.
David M. Ardam graduated with distinction from The John Marshall Law School (now known as the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School). He has been practicing law on Long Island since 1979 when he began a judicial clerkship at the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Department. Since moving into private practice in 1981, David has handled thousands of successful matters for satisfied clients in the fields of civil, criminal, and transactional law.

David has served the Suffolk County community as a Small Claims Court Arbitrator for over 35 years. He also served as Associate Village Justice for the Incorporated Village of Farmingdale in Nassau County, New York. David is a 40-year member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Commack-Kings Park and served as a District Governor for Rotary International in 2007-08. He serves on the Board of Directors as corporate secretary of Gift of Life Long Island, New York, Inc.
